English is a foreign language that is very important tube learned and mastered to face globalization era, being admitted as an international language and to avoid left behind. English as subject curriculum in education system is lesson that must be learned by the students.
This research is focused on woman teacher role, the difficulties faced by woman teacher and the steps done by woman teacher to solve the difficulties in MI Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pamoroh Kadur Pamekasan.
The research purpose are to know woman teacher role in reading English skill students at the fourth grade in MI Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pamoroh kadur pamekasan, to know the difficulties faced by woman teacher in reading English skill students at the fourth grade in MI Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pamoroh Kadur pamekasan, and to know the steps done by woman teacher to solve the difficulties at MI Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pamoroh Kadur Pamekasan.
This research uses the qualitative approach, while the kind of this research is case study research, while the data is gotten by using interview, observation and documentation, then the data is analyzed by non statistic approach, and the data can be checked the validity. The technique of checking data and the validity data by unobtrusive measure, respondent validation, and triangulation. .
The analysis result shows that woman teacher in teaching MI Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pamoroh Kadur pamekasan as motivator, guidance, insformator,teacher and educator.
