Lesson plan is one of the important aspects that should be done by the English teacher before entering to the classroom. A lesson plan is a teacher's detailed description of the course of instruction for one class. In English teaching learning process, the teacher should be creative in implementing the lesson plan. If the teacher implements the lesson plan as well as possible, it means that the teacher is ready to teach and the teaching learning process will be success, but sometimes the teacher is difficult to implement it in the classroom.
There are two problem statements in this study. The first one is how is the implementation of the lesson plan in English teaching learning process of MA. MambaulUlumSampang. The second one is what are problems in implementing the lesson plan in teaching learning process of MA. MambaulUlumSampang. This study will describe through of qualitative approach with descriptive research.
This study is to identify and to describe about the difficulties of English teacher in implementing the lesson plan in teaching learning process of MA. MambaulUlumSampang. In collecting the data the researcher uses some techniques are observation, interview and documentation.
The result showed that the implementation of lesson plan in English teaching learning processof MA. MambaulUlumSampang is not productive. There are many kinds of problems faced by the English teacher in implementing the lesson plan in teaching learning process. The difficulties are, the limited time, the limited source of the book, the large number of the students, the lack of the teaching facility, the small size of classroom, there is no teacher work space, the lack of the student motivation, attention and ability, the teacher did not use any media, the lack of the teachers’ creativity in organizing the class, the teacher did not master the material, and the lack of the headmaster attention.
Based on the result above, it is suggested to the English teacher to improve his preparation before entering to the classroom and to implement the lesson plan as well as possible. Finally, the English teacherexpected to be more creative inimplementing the lesson plan and in organizing the class in English teaching learning process.
