The Importance of Classroom Management in Teaching English Process for An-Nasyiin English Course (ANEC) at Islamic Boarding House of An-Nasyiin Grujugan Larangan Pamekasan

There are two basic problems that the researcher wants to discuss, they are: How the teacher manages the classroom management in An-Nasyiin English course (ANEC) classroom, What is classroom management make students more active in teaching and learning English process in An-Nasyiin English course (ANEC) classroom especially for those student in Intermediate Class of An-Nasyiin English Course (ANEC) at Islamic Boarding House of An-Nasyiin Grujugan Larangan Pamekasan in the academic years of 2010/2011.
The objectives of the study are: to describe how the teacher practices to manage the classroom management in teaching and learning English process and also to identify teacher's process in classroom management to make teaching and learning English process more affectively .
This research uses a qualitative approach. The data obtained by interviews, documentation and observation, then the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, after which all data is checked for validity by triangulation.
Based on the research result decide that Intermediate class or level student ability in English subject both of Grammar, Writing, Speaking, Reading, Listening was good enough, event though they still have weakness to understand perfectly. This is proved by their ability and teacher's ability to achieve the goal of teaching learning process in classroom management. Classroom management practice gives real contribution to the effective and efficient in the classroom in teaching learning process. While the teacher problems in managing the classroom is when the teacher face a big and students' ability varieties. They are: to solve seat setting, to collaborate the students' understand and ability on the material.
Based on the research result can be explained that Intermediate class or level student ability on English subject was good enough. It proved by students’ ability and teachers ability to reach the goal of teaching learning process by classroom management which is practiced by the teacher in the classroom although they still have weakness in understanding of Grammar, Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening perfectly.
