Learning With Starting Questions to Increase Student’s Speaking Knowledge at the SeventhGrade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan

Learning with starting questions is strategy to make student active in the class so that can create the class atmosphere effective. Which isthis strategy is to increase student’s knowledge. It means that the teacher review the material has been studying before so that the students will be stimulated to review the material has been studying.Because with this strategy the students more active than before.
The focuses of this study are; 1).How is implementation the model of learning with starting questions at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan; 2). How many kind of questions that going to use in the learning process at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan; 3).What are the difficulties of the implementation the model of learning with starting questions at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan.
In this study, the objectives are; 1).To explain implementation the model of learning with starting questions at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan; 2) To explain kind of questions that going to use in the learning process at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan; 3). To explain the difficulties of the implementation the model of learning with starting questions at the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Pamekasan.
In this research the researcher used qualitative approach in order the result from this research can benefit for researcher, English teacher and students certainly. While the technique data collection, researcher use techniques observation, interview and documentation, from the data researcher use analysis data where there are three stapes in analysis data that are data reduction is data get from the total is enough many, there fore and notes a detail, data display is after data reduction, the next step is display the data, and conclusion drawing/verification is conclusion presented by the still tentative.
Based on the result in this research shows explaining the model of starting questions implemented in the class that is English teacher enter the classroom directly ask to students about the material have been studying before. Teacher talking in front of class and give some questions based on the material have been study before so that the teacher can thinking the material have been studying. The English teacher use two kinds of method that going to use in the learning process of strategy learning with starting questions that is writing and oral test. In process implementation this strategy there are some difficultieswhere first from teacher self that is when teacher explains in front of class not so detail where the English teacher use one language that is English, second from them self where they lazy to study about the material that teacher teach before.
