The researcher explain about The Response of the Students toward the English Communication Skill of Non English Department Graduation Teacher at The Second Grade of MA Nurul Ulum Teja Barat Pamekasan in order to know how the effective the teacher who is not English department graduation in teching learning English. And two problems in this research are a) How does the Response of The Students toward the English communication skill of Non English Department Graduation teacher at the second grade of MA Nurul Ulum Teja Barat Pamekasan? b) How does the teacher reaction toward the Students response of English communication skill of Non English Department Graduation teacher at the second grade of MA Nurul Ulum Teja Barat Pamekasan?
The researcher used qualitative approach and the type of research use descriptive data source. Data collection procedures used in research are interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collects data, prepare to analyze the data, read the data, making an interpretation, conducting strategies. Step of research are pre-research, the process of research, data analyzes, and arranging the result of Research.
The result of this research shows explaining about problem are the Response of The Students toward the English communication skill of Non English Department Graduation teacher at the second grade of MA Nurul Ulum Teja Barat Pamekasan is students’ response is good. Based on the interview of 5 students, said that teacher who teach English from other English department can teach English clearly like other English teachers. It showed when interview with the researcher. Most of them stated they likes tough by English teacher because make it fun, patient, not bored when tough English lesson. And the reaction of teacher from respond of student about communication skill of Non English department graduation teacher in MA Nurul Ulum Teja Barat shows that teacher satisfied from the student response but the teacher always give motivation in order to increase the skill of student specially in communication skill.
