THE USE OF DEMONTRASION METHOD IN TEACHING LEARNING VOCABULARY AT KINDERGARTEN OF TARBIYATUS SHIBYAN DUNDKEK SUMENEP

In this globalization era English is has the important role as tool for
human to do communication with other people in the world, because of English is
include to the international language. In studying English, there are four skills that
must be mastered namely speaking, writing, reading, and listening. To be
comprehended of four components it self, at the first the English learner must be
study vocabulary.
There are two problems in this research. The first one is how does the
teacher use the demonstration method in teaching learning vocabulary at
kindergarten of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Dungkek Sumenep. The second is how does
the student’s responses in the using of demonstration method that used by the
teachers in teaching vocabulary at kindergarten of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Dungkek
Sumenep.
The researcher uses descriptive qualitative research to conduct the
research with three techniques of data collection: observation, interview, and
documentation. The researcher analyzed the data which are gotten from
observation, interview, and documentation. Then the researcher displays or
classifies the data based on focus of the study. After that the researcher continued
with checking the data to get the validity data.
This research is conducted to describe the Use of Demonstration method
in Teaching learning Vocabulary at Kindergarten of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Dungkek
Sumenep. And to know the student’s responses in the Use of Demonstration
Method that used by the teacher in teaching vocabulary at kindergarten of
Tarbiyatus Shibyan Dungkek Sumenep.
Based on the result of the research, the researcher concludes that the Use
of Demonstration method in teaching vocabulary is a good teaching method that
can be used by teacher in teaching English vocabulary in kindergarten because
demonstration method is can be easier the teacher taught vocabulary to young
learner, and the students more active and motivated in following English subject
especially in English vocabulary
