UPAYA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM MENGATASI LUPA DAALAM BELAJAR SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 2 SAMPANG

Mohammad Amiruddin 2019, personality competency in moral aqidah teachers in developing emotional intelligence of students at the Sampang State Islamic Senior High School. Thesis, Islamic Education Study Program, Tarbiyah Department, Pamekasan State Islamic College, supervisor Drs. H. Zainol Hasan, M. Ag.In the Sampang Guru Religion Madrasah Aliyah Negeri is a reflection of other teachers and students. Especially the moral aqidah teacher who is always assessed and imitated. Not only that, morality teachers must also be able to develop students' emotional intelligence.There are three research focuses which are the main studies of this study, First, What is the form of personality competency in moral aqidah teachers at the Sampang State Islamic Senior High School? Second, How do the efforts of moral aqidah teachers develop emotional intelligence of students in the Sampang State Aliyah madrasa? Third, what is the role of the competency personality of moral aqidah teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in the Sampang State Islamic Senior High School? This study aims to find out the First, the form of personality competency in moral aqidah teachers in sampan Madrasah Aliyah. Second, the effort of teachers to develop emotional intelligence of students in Sampang State Islamic Senior High School. Third, the personality competency role of morality teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in the Sampang State Islamic Senior High School.In this study researchers used a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The data sources of this study are Madrasah Heads, Teachers, Teachers of moral aqidah and students. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done through perseverance and triangulation.The results of the study show that: First, the personality competencies of moral aqidah teachers in Sampang State Aliyah Madrasas have described indicators of personality competence. Demonstrates a stable and stable personality, has a mature personality, has a wise personality, has an authoritative personality, is a good example, and has noble character. Second, the efforts of moral aqidah teachers in developing the emotional intelligence of students in the Sampang State Islamic Senior High School are very maximal. make an emotional approach, provide a method of discussion, and provide stories that are in the Qur'an. Third, the competency role of the personality of moral aqidah teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in the Sampang State Aliyah Madrasah is as a guide and model that is good for student.
