Vocabulary is the one of basic aspect that support basic language skill. Mastering vocabulary is very important, without vocabulary can not to say anything and understand what we are read and heard. The supervisor must be selective to choose the best strategy or media for the students in teaching vocabulary especially in teaching reading. In this case, the researcher focus on charade game as the strategy or media.

There are two focuses of this study, the first is there any effect of using charade game on students English vocabulary mastery in teaching reading at the tenth grade of MA Al-djufri Aeng penay-Blumbungan-Pamekasanand the second is how significant the use of charade game on students English vocabulary mastery in teaching reading at the tenth grade of MA Al-djufri Aeng penay-Blumbungan-Pamekasan. So, the researcher observes and analyzes the result of test that the researcher given to the students to know the effect of using charade game. This study use Quantitative design and use test and documentation as instrument to collect the data.

Charade game is interesting strategy or media to the tenth grade students of MA Al-Djufri and there is effect of using charade game on students English Vocabulary Mastery in Teaching Reading at The Tenth Grade of MA Al-Djufri Aeng Penay-Blumbungan-Pamekasan. The result of this study shows students that learn by using charade game has significant effect in English vocabulary mastery especially in teaching reading than the students who did not use charade game.

Based on the result above, the researcher can give some suggestion for the students especially at the tenth grade of MA Al-Djufri. The students should have high motivation to mastering vocabulary and be confident to show your talent so that you can improve your English skill. For the researcher must be always learn how to make good research, so the researcher can make a better research than this research. For the future researcher, the result of this study can be an additional reference to help the future researcher in making a good research. For the English teacher, the result of this study can be an additional source to help the English teacher in teaching English especially in teaching reading so that the process of teaching learning do effectively, the students interested to study English lesson and think that English is fun so the students easier to memorize and mastering English vocabulary especially in teaching reading
