IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN KELAS DAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA MIN KONANG KECAMATAN GALIS KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

Classroom rules are the most important thing before beginning a
teaching and learning process. Because class room rules are a school effort
to prevent the student’s behavior from deviant and motivate the students to
behave according to class norms and rules, in order to create a conducive
and fun learning atmosphere.
Based on the research contex, this research would like to answer the
question: 1) How is the implementation of classroom rules in MIN
Konang Galis Pamekasan?, 2) How does the impact of the implementation
of classroom rules againts studen’t discipline at MIN Konang Galis
Pamekasan?, 3) How is the form of sanctionts imposed by teachers to
student’s who violete the rules of the class room at MIN Konang Galis
Pamekasan?
This study used a qualitative approach with case study type.
Research location at MIN Konang Galis Pamekasan district. There are three
methods used in collecting data that is passive participation observation,
interview, and documentation. The informants were the head of the
madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, teachers, and students. The
analisis of data using data reduction, display data, and data verification.
Cheks the validity of data using extension of attendence, observational
persistence, and triangulation of sources and techniques.
The result of this study are: First : classroom rules applied in first
writenly include: about school entry , obligation of student’ s , prohibition
for student’s and sanctions. Second: the impact of the implementation of
classroom rules is the attitude of studen’s discipline, responbility, and
students commitment to classroom rules. The implementation of classroom
rules are well implemented because: 1) classroom rules are applied in
written form displayed on the walls of each classroom, 2) classroom rules
are socialized to student’s and parent’s at the beginning of the school year,
when meeting with parent’s, and in each lesson, 3) the application of

classroom rules by all elements of the school such as students, teachers,
head of the madrasah, and all the citizens of the school and 4) there is
oversight of classroom rules. Third: classroom rules that have been violated
by student’s that are late to come to school, quarrel, littering, joking, not
carriying prayer tools. Teachers solve problems by appliying sanctions
according to the level of violations such as reprimand, advice, and standing
in front of the class while reading the verses of the Quran.
