Online Game is a kind of computer games that take advantage of computer network. English achievement is an ability or skill to master the lesson especially English. The researcher would like conduct this research, because most of students understand about the command in online game that use English. So the researcher would like to know about correlation between online game and students' English achievement
There are two problem of study, those are: Is there any correlation between playing online game English version and students' English achievement at third grade of Vocational Senior High School 3 of Pamekasan. and How significant the correlation between playing online game English version .and students' English achievement at third grade of Vocational Senior High Sepool ,3 of Paqiekaan, while the objectives of study are to know whether there is a correlatfon between playing online game English version and students' English achievement at third grade of Vocational Senior High School 3 of Pamekasan. and to measure the significant correlation between playing online game English version and students' English Achievement at third grade of Vocational Senior High School 3 of Pamekasan.
This research is correlation research which involves variable X as independent variable (playing online game) and variable Y as dependent variable (students' English achievement). The population of this study consists of 289 students. The sample of this research is 33 students by using simple random sampling. The research instruments are test used to get playing online game score (variable X) and documentation used to get students' English achievement score (variable Y).
The result of this research is that there is high/strong correlation between variable X (independent variable) and variable Y (dependent variable). It is proved by the result of the correlation value that is 0.739 and it is higher than r table in 5% significance.
Based on the result of the research, there is correlation between playing online game English version and students' English achievement by result of 0,739 that include in high or strong correlation. The researcher also proposes some suggestions to some educational elements such as institution, teachers, students, and also to the future researchers.
