Mastering English grammar is very important to be known because it will make the students easier to comprehend other English skills. One of aspect in teaching learning grammar is question word. Who wants to be millionaire strategy is one of strategies that appropriate in teaching grammar.It includes one of strategies in active learning that interesting and enjoyable to review the course material. Therefore, in this research, the researcher conducts a research about The implementation of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Strategy in Teaching Grammar at Tenth Grade Students of MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan.
From the statement above, the researcher wants to know how the Teacher Implements Who Wants To Be A M illionairestrategy in teaching grammar at the tenth Grade Students of MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan, What The Students' Responses in The Implementation of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Strategy in teaching Grammar at Tenth Grade Students of MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan and What does the teachers' difficulties in implementing who wants to be a millionaire strategy in teaching grammar at the tenth grade students of MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan.
In this case, the researcher used descriptive qualitative. The researcher got the data from the interview, observation and documentation. The number of students at the tenth grade of MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan is twenty four students. The data analysis that the researcher used are data reduction, data display and Conclusion drawing/ verification. To check thevalidity of data, the researcher used triangulation of source, triangualation of place and triangulation of time.
The result of this research showed when the teacher implements who wants to be millionaire strategy in teaching grammar, the students are interested in learning well. The teacher prepared a set of multiple choice question that from the easiest to the most difficult question. Every point of the question has award. The students' response is they can learn grammar enjoyable. It appears when the students stated that this strategy can help them to be brave in joining the lesson. So, they can be easier to comprehend the material. While the teacher's difficulties are the teacher got difficulty to give suitable material, prepared the question based on the students level and difficult to manage the time.
Based on the statement above, the researcher concludes that this strategy can help the students comprehend to the material. .'f1tt res:earcker suggests that the English teacher
should guide the students interest in learning grammar, especially in present question word. Because the teacher's role influences the students' activeness in the class and also become motivation to be spirit and always interested in learning.
