Speaking is one of skill in language learning. It is considered the most important skill. Because it is one of abilities to carry out the conversation on the language.
There are three problems in this research. The firs !, how does the teacher implement Tea Party Technique in Teaching Speaking Skill at the Eighth grade students of of SMP Nazhatut - Thullab Pra.Uan Camplong Sampang. The second, what are the problems faced by the teacher and students in implementing Tea Party in Teaching Speaking Skill at the Eighth grade students of of SMP Nazhatut - Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang. The third, how does the teacher overcome the problem in implementing Tea Party technique in Teaching Speaking Skill at the Eighth grade students of of SMP Nazhatut - Thullab Pra.Uan Camplong Sampang.
Based on the research problems above, there are three research objective in this study. The first , to describe how the teacher implements Tea Party Technique in Teaching Speaking Skill at the Eighth grade students of SMP Nazhatut - Thullab Pra.Uan Camplong Sampang. The second to investigate the problems faced by the teacher and students in implementing Tea Party technique. The third, to explain how the teacher overcomes the problem in implementing Tea Party technique in Teaching Speaking Skill at the Eighth grade students of of SMP Nazhatut - Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang.
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative approach. While kind of research. The researcher uses descriptive research . To collect the data, the researcher uses observation by entering to the classroom, interview with the students and the teacher, and documentation by taking picture in the teaching learning process.
The result of this research found that the implementation of Tea Party technique in teaching speaking skill at the Eighth grade students of of SMP Nazhatut -Thullab Pajjan Camplong Sampang was success. The students were active o speak English thrnugf1 ·Tea Party technique. The teacher gave solutions when the teacher and the students faced problem s during implementing Tea Party technique in the teaching learning process.
In this case the researcher suggests that the teacher should give some various activities for English speaking subject in order to make the students motivated to speak English communicatively and courageously in classroom speaking activities
