Grammar is important aspect in Language teaching because u IS the language that makes it possible for us to talk about language. Visual card is one of media in active learning who make students active in the class and interesting with the topic, In this research, the researcher research about the implementation of visual card media in teaching grammar at the second grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pamekasan,
There are three problems of study in this research: the first IS how How does the teacher implement visual card media in teaching grammar at the second grade of Madrasah Aliyah N egeri Pamekasan, the second is W11at are the problem faced by the students in grammar visual card media in teaching grammar at the second grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pamekasan.and the third is How does the students response in implementation visual card media in teaching grammar at the second grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pamekasan.
This research uses descriptive qualitative, the data mostly is gathered from the observation,interview, and documentation. The number of students is fourty students. The data analysis that is used by researcher are data reduction, data display, and conslussion drawing and virivication. To check the data validity the researcher use triangulation of data sources, and triangulation oftechnique.
The result of the research will be presented that the teacher implements visual card media devides the students into eight groups each groups are eight students based on the number of students.they students problem are preparation of students,less,self confidence, and giving opportunity. The student's responses are enjoying in implementing of visual card media, active in the class, more understand in simple present perfect, and flusnt .in sharing idea.
According to the research above, the researcher suggest that the English teacher should be more active and creative in using media in teaching grammar,especially in simple present perfect. Because it makes the students active in the class, and enjoying in learning.
