Powerful voice technique is a voice technique in delivering something to hearer. Speaking is one of skill in language learning. It is most important of other skills in English, because it is a skill that makes connects all of skills in language.
There are two problems in this research. Thefirst, how does the teacher implement powerful voice technique on english speaking skill at eleventh grade students of senior high school Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep. The second, which characteristics does the teacher use power voice technique on english speaking skill at eleventh grade students of senior high school Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep.
Base on the research problem above, there are also two research objectives in this research. The first, to describe the teacher implements powerful voice technique on english speaking skill at eleventh grade students of senior high school Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep. The second,to explain the teacher uses powerful voice technique on english speaking skill at eleventh grade students of senior high school Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep.
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative approach. While kind of research, the researcher uses descriptive research. To get the data, the researcher does observation by entering to the classroom activity, then doing interview with the teacher and students, and to prove the valid data, the researcher take documentation of teaching learning process.
The result of the research, the researcher found that the implementation of teacher's powerful voice technique on English speaking skill at eleventh grade students of seneor high school Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep is success, because the teacher made students more understand, more connecting better, making students confident in the teaching learning, the students entertained and felt pleasure to listen to teacher' explanation. While the teacher used four ways of powerful voice technique Technique on English Speaking Skill at Eleventh Grade Students of Senior High School of Sayyid Yusuf Talango Sumenep, they are
exploring the power of your voice, slow down, energy is essential and pausing of power.
Base on the result of this research, using of powerful voice technique is very useful for the teacher to make the teaching learning activity active because powerful voice technique has many advantages in teaching learning have mentioned in the result of this research.
