Analysis Moral Values in Jane Austen 's Pride and Prejudice Novel

Moral value is part of value, namely value that relationship with good or bad behaviors human being. Moral values are important thing in daily life, because moral values teach somebody about goodness whereas we can take advantage from moral value itself. Moral values as attitude that fact avowed many people as rightness and make troubled to people, moreover make them be easy to interaction with others people.
There are two problem of this study firstly, what are moral values found in Jane Austen's pride and prejudice novel, the second what is relationship of moral values in Jane Austin's pride and prejudice with Islamic moral value. Based on the two problem of the study the researcher want to know the moral value in Jane Austen's pride and prejudice and also the relationship of moral values in the novel with Islamic moral value and it's to give knowledge to the readers and others.
The researcher used a psychological approach in this study while research method used is content analysis. Psychological approach is one of approach that has relationship with three tendencies as the author, literary work and reader. The researcher in this case is an instrument of the research, who not only gather data from the information, but also analyzes and conclude it as instrument of research, researcher must collect the data, especially moral values that is taken from Pride and Prejudice novel, so the researcher as collector the data.
From the results of the study, the researcher found 52 moral values contained in this novel. From the moral values, the researcher found the eight prides, fifteen prejudices, twelfth happiness, seven honesty and ten justices.
Based on the result above, it can be conclude that researcher can differences and the similarity between Jane Austen's pride and prejudice novel with Islamic perspective then recommended for the lecture to apply the moral values to the student that get akhlak tasawzif subject in second semester of TBI.
