The implementation of Cycle Picture as Visual Media on Teaching Writing at XII-IA 1 Class in SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu

Language is a set of rules that used by human as a tool of communication. One of the language skills is writing that used by human to communicate with others. Nowadays, writing has been taught in elementary school, junior high school, senior high school and university level. While, writing is one of the fourth language skills, namely; listening, speaking, reading and writing. On learning writing, it often happen errors in writing. One of to solve this problem is by using media on teaching writing. The media is cycle pictures which the teacher uses them on teaching writing. From the result of observation before in SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu, These media are chosen because the teacher considers that it will make the students be happy and have understanding more about explanition text. So that, we can conclude that these media have an important role on teaching learning activity especially on teaching writing. While, the research problem are How is the implementation of cycle’s picture as visual media on teaching writing at XII-IA 1 class in SMA 1 Pademawu?, What are the advantages of cycle’s picture as visual media on teaching writing at XII-IA 1 class in SMA 1 Pademawu? What are the weakness of cycle’s picture as visual media on teaching writing at XII-IA 1 class in SMA 1 Pademawu? The next is research objective. The research objective are to describe the implementation of cycle Picture as visual media on teaching writing at XII-IA 1 Class in SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu, To know advantages of cycle’s picture as visual media on teaching writing at Xll-IA 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu. And what are the weakness of cycle’s picture as visual media on teaching writing at the XII-IA 1 class in SMA 1 Pademawu.
Writing is a psychological activity of the language user put information in the written text because it relates to the language user’s thinking to explore her ideas and emotion to write it down. Writing in this research is include to academic writing because it’s used in senior high school. While, in learning writing. It should pay attention hand writing, spelling, punctuation, forming sentence, appropriate layout appropriate level of formality and study skills. Besides that, we also pay attention about the content, form, grammar, mechanics, style, and vocabulary on researching writing’s learning in explanation text materials by using cycle pictures as visual media. While, the cycle pictures are the metamorphosis of butterfly, rainy cycle picture and the process of photosynthesis.
