The Implementation of Electronic Pen on students Listening Skill at the fourth grade of MI Riyadul Ulum Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan

Listening is the ability to identify and understand what other is saying. It’s one of important aspect in the second language teaching learning process. Most students want able to understand what people are saying to them in English either face to face, on the radio or etc. Anything we can do to make that easier will be useful for them. Such as choose a media that suitable for them in the class room.
The problem that the researcher wants to research are (a) how does the English teacher implement the Electronic pen on students listening skill at the fourth grade of MI Riyadul Ulum Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan (b) how does the Electronic Pen improve students listening skill at the fourt grade of MI Riyadul Ulum Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan.
The objective of this research are (a)to describe the implementation of Electronic Pen on students listening skill at the fourth grade of MI Riyadul Ulum Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan (b) to explain how the Electronic Pen improve the students listening at the fourth grade of MI Riyadul Ulum Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan.
This research is designed by using qualitative approach, and design of this study is descriptive. The source of data can be obtained from observation, interview and documentation. The informants are from the teacher and the students at the fourth grade .To make the data valid, the researcher used triangulation.
The result of study show that the implementation of Electronic Pen is effective that showed by the students feeling they feel happy and very interest when they study in the class and when they respond to the theirs teacher question furthermore by E-pen the students have high bravery to repeat or express about everything they heard, also by E-pen the students get many vocabularies so that the students can know how to pronounce the vocabularies well.
