The Implementation of describe and identify Game on Students’ Speaking English Skill at tenth grade of MAN Sampang

In studying English there are four skill, they are speaking, writing, listening and reading, the students must study hard to master it and the teacher should create a good atmosphere in class to make they naturally study, and the teacher also can use some method, technique or game that suitable with the material at that time. In order to the students interested to study.Describe and Identify game is one of game that the English teacherin MAN Sampang has implemented to teaching speaking subject at tenth-five grade.
There are three research focuses in this study. The first, theimplementation of describe and identify game on students’ speaking skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang. The second, What the difficulties face by the English teacher in the implementation of describe and identify game on students’ speaking skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang. The third, What are the advantages of the implementation of describe and identify game on students speaking skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang.
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative approach. While kind of research, the researcher uses descriptive research. Because the researcher describes the implementation of describe and identifygame on students’ speaking skill at tenth grade of MAN Sampang, the obstacles faced by the English teacher in the implementation ofdescribe and identifygame on students’ speaking skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang, and how does the teacher overcome the obstacles in the implementation ofdescribe and identifygame on students’ speaking skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang. To collect the data, the researcher uses observation by entering to the classroom directly, interview with the students and the teacher, and documentation by taking picture in the teaching learning process.
The result of this research found that the implementation of describe and identifygame on students speaking skill at the tenth-five grade of MAN Sampang was good with score 81.88%.The result of the first and second implementation gets the same score. It is proved with the score in the observation checklist. The first implementation, the score of pre-teaching was very good by the score 100%, whilst-teaching was good by the score 84.09%, post-teaching was enough by the score 67.85%. In the second implementation, the score of pre-teaching was very good by the score 100%, whilst-teaching was good by the score 86.36%, post-teaching was good by the score 75%. The whole score of three steps in the teaching learning process was 81.81%, it means that the teaching learning process in the class room was good.
