Reading activity is a process putting the reader contact and communication with the writer to get information or idea. in fact most of us can hardly imagen going through a day without reading and writing. because literary has many different function, and we use it to acomplish so many different purposes. Reading is one of English basic skills that emphasize students to comprehend some information about text. Reading has important role to help the students in learning English, and it is an important way to get new knowledge from they read.
There are three problem statements in this study. The first one is whether How is The Implementation of Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan. The second one is whether What are the difficulties of Matching Game Technique in Teaching Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan. The third one is whether How the teacher solve the problem in Implementing Matching Game Technique in Teaching Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan.
This study is to describe whether the Implementation of Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan. The second is to find the teacher’s difficulties of Implementing Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan kalijaga larangan luar – larangan – pamekasan. And the last is to know problem solving in Implementing Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan.
In this research used a qualitative Research. It is a descriptive research because it is describe the Implementation of Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan, The problem faced by the teacher in Implementing this game, and the solution given by the teacher in Implementing Matching Game Technique on Reading Comprehension. To collect the data the researcher use an interview, observation directly and documentation.
In this study, Matching Game Technique have been Implemented on Reading Comprehension at Seventh Grade Students of MTs. Sunan Kalijaga Larangan Luar – Larangan – Pamekasan. From the observation and interview that the researcher done, the researcher can conclude that Matching Game Technique can be continue by some teacher to teach reading comprehension. It encourage the students to read more and try to give a good idea in Giving information
Based on the result above, it is suggested for English teacher to understand the student’s condition, so the English teacher can solve the student’s difficulties, especially reading. The English teacher should have appropriate reading technique that suitable with material and student’s ability. The technique also can make the students more interesting, unique, and enjoyable so the student’s can spirit to follow reading subject, and the students can comprehend the context of the text, and the student can do the task easily.
