An Analysis Of English Teachers’ Teaching Method To The Young Learners Participation At Mis Miftahul Ulum I Larangan Badung Palengaan Pamekasan

Participation.
The purpose of teaching itself is to improve students’ process skills in obtaining and
using information. In its role, the teacher’s method in teaching is very dominat in supporting
students’ success. Teching method itself is a way to achieve something in the teaching and
learning process. At MIS Miftahul Ulum I Badung Palengaan Pamekasan, the teacher tried to
use some method when teachingthe students. Therefore, this research presents the teaching
method used by the teacher in that school.
The research problems of of this study are (1) What are the English teacher’s teaching
methods used to the young learners’ participation at MIS Miftahul Ulum I? And (2) How do
the teachers apply those methods in teaching English to the young learners’ participation at
MIS Miftahul Ulum I?. Based on the research problems, the researcher is aimed to (1) Describe
the English teacher’s teaching methods used to the young learners’ participation at MIS
Miftahul Ulum I and (2) Describe how the teachers apply those methods in teaching English to
the young learners’ participation at MIS Miftahul Ulum I. The researcher employs
qualitative method since the data is presented in the form of words instead of number. The data
were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher observe the
teacher when teaching the students and also interview them one by one. The researcher reduces
the data and presents in the descriptive form, then draw the conclusion. The
result of this study are (1) the teaching methods are used by the teachers to achieve the goals,
so the teacher use various methods when teaching. (2) there are three kinds of methods used
by the teaher at MIS Miftahul Ulum 1, namely Demonstration use by the teacher to showing
the procces, situation or thing whether the thing is originally or imitation , Questioning use by
the teacher to give some question and Lecturing.use by the teacher as commnucation tool
beetwen teacher and students.
