The Analysis of Adjective Clause Error on Essay Writing Made by Members of Fun English Club 2019

Adjective clause is the clause which functions as adjective to describe and
modify the noun or pronoun. It is also used to connect/combine the dependent of
adjective clause to the independent clause as a goal to make easy in connecting
each sentence which has the same antecedent. Adjective clause is often used in
essay writing that structuralize and combine the sentence to the other sentences so
that it can make easy in arranging essay writing or another writing.
There are two objectives in this study as an effort to solve a problem. The
first is to find out the adjective clause error on essay writing made by members of
Fun English Club and the last is to aim to know how the students copes with the
adjective clause error.
In this study, qualitative research was used and the data is descriptive
because it is necessary to describe the adjective clause error on essay writing
made by members of Fun English Club 2019. In order for students to be able to
overcome these errors in the way, the tutor must overcome these problems by
paying attention to the abilities of each student.
The results of this study found that adjective clause errors are occurred
from several factors, including the most common lack of understanding of the
structural of the adjective clause with their weak literacy and determining the
subordinating conjunction of adjective clause. And in the end, it was successful
with the evidence of students in making essay writing. Before members do not
understanding yet the structural of adjective clause and how to apply it until they
are truly able to understand accordance with their respective conditions. In
accordance with the tutor's advice to increase the learning potential of such
students or by training and improving their literacy more often by making essay
writing by using mind adjective clause
