“Upaya Peningkatan Minat Belajar Siswa Melalui Penggunaan Media Berbasis Tekhnologi Informasi Di Kelas VI MI Al Ikhlas Pasongsongan Sumenep

In the world of education, especially in the development of better human
character, of course there are several things that must be the key to attention for
those who specialize in being involved in the world of education. In this case, of
course, student learning interest is needed, student learning interest is determined
by various factors of learning media applied by suitable educators so that the
specified learning is achieved, interest is also a sense of preference and a sense of
interest in a thing or activity. In increasing interest in learning, of course, tools or
media are needed that can attract students' interest in learning, one of which is the
use of Information Technology (LCD Projector) media. LCD Projector media
becomes a tool in increasing student interest in learning because the use of the
media is able to display pictures or videos related to learning. the media is used by
the teacher in increasing student interest in learning, students who learn by using
LCD projector media will further increase their interest in learning.
There are three problems that underlie this research. The first is how
students are interested in learning before using information technology-based
media (LCD Projector) in Class VI MI Al Ikhlas Pasongsongan Sumenep.
Second, what is the form of increasing student interest in learning after using
information technology-based media (LCD Projectors) in class VI MI Al Ikhlas
Pasongsongan Sumenep. And third, what are the obstacles to using information
technology media (LCD Projectors) in increasing student interest in learning in
class VI MI Al Ikhlas Pasongsongan Sumenep.
This research uses qualitative and descriptive research. And the data
collection uses observation, interviews and documentation, the data collection is
carried out on teachers and students who are involved in the teaching and learning
process in class VI MI Al Ikhlas because they want to know the opinions of
teachers and students about efforts to increase interest by using LCD Projector
media in class VI MI Al Ikhlas Pasongsongan Sumenep.
The results of this study are from the focus of one lack of motivation in
students, lack of attention, and lack of curiosity in students. And the second focus
in using the media can encourage students to be more active in learning, can make
students more attentive in learning, and make their curiosity increase. And from
the focus of the three obstacles in using the media, they are the lack of facilities
and infrastructure, and the teacher does not understand the use of media.
