Takrir Method used by Tutor in Vocabulary Mastery for Student of Radiant English Course (REC) at Boarding House of Al-Tsarwiyah (BHA) Waru Pamekasan.

In learning, method is important thing to get the understanding,
especially in vocabulary mastery. The students should memorize the
vocabulary. The method is to increase the knowledge of student to
make easy student mastering vocabulary. To memorize faster, the
tutor uses the method in learning, namely takrir method. Takrir
method is a way to memorize vocabulary by repeating memorization.
It can be conducted by self, by together and takrir to the tutor.
There are two research focus in this study. The first one is how the
takrir method is implemented by tutor in vocabulary mastery for
student of Radiant English course (REC) at boarding house of alTsarwiyah (BHA) Waru Pamekasan. Then the second is what the
advantages and disadvantages of using the takrir method by tutor in
vocabulary mastery for student of Radiant English course (REC) at
boarding house of al-Tsarwiyah (BHA) Waru Pamekasan are?
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative as an approach of this
research. The researcher uses three instruments in collecting the data
such as observation, interview, and documentation. For analyzing the
data, the researcher uses the six steps based on Creswell. They are
prepare and organize the data for analysis, explore and code the data,
coding to build description and themes, represent and report
qualitative findings, interpret the findings, validate the accuracy of the
findings.
The result of this research that found by the researcher are; the tutor
has applied the takrir method located at boarding house of alTsarwiyah (BHA) Waru Pamekasan, the students memorize by
singing a song together, the tutor gives the material, then the students
do the repitition with the tutor in the class, the last, the students submit
the memorization to the tutor.
Based on the result above, it is suggested that the students should
study more and ask the guidance to the tutor dealing with the
pronunciation, the tutor should have the other methods to support the method used and the next researcher can develop takrir method
implemented with another material to make sure that this method is
proper for other subject
