speaking skill is important belong to students and speaking is an important aspect in language learning. It can convey information and ideas , and maintain social relationship by communicating with other. But, the students have a problem in learning speaking skill. The students’ problem is afraid, trambling and nervous need a brainstorming by using pictue series to solve their problem. It makes the students easy to speak and express their ideas and also attract the students to be active speaker.
This research consist of three focuses. There are how does the teacher use picture series as media for students’ brainstorming in teaching English speaking skill at elementary class of An-Nasyiin English Course Grujugan, Larangan, Pamekasan?, how do the students responses of picture series as media for students’ brainstorming in teaching English speaking skill at elementary class of An-Nasyiin English Course Grujugan, Larangan, Pamekasan?, why does the teacher use picture series as media for students’ brainstorming in teaching English speaking skill at elementary class of An-Nasyiin English Course Grujugan, Larangan, Pamekasan?
In this research the researcher used qualitative approach because this reasearch focused mainly on analysis the use of picture series as media for students’ brainstormingin teaching speaking skillat Elementary Class of AnNasyiin English Course Gurujugan, Larangan, Pamekasan and also the reseacher took the photos of some activities that have done by the teacher and the students when using picture series as media for students’ brainstorming in the classroom as the documentation.
The result, the reseacher found how the teacher used picture series for students’ brainstorming in teaching speaking subject in the classroom and teaching learnig process is succcesful. Next, the students’ responses are student looked more active, motivated and interasted in the subject and the students looked so enthusiastic joining the subject in the classroom. The reason of teacher used picture series because it invites the students to have new ideas and create nice atmosphere into their own class. Also, become creative teacher.
