THE STUDY ON TEACHING STRATEGIES USED BY THE ENGLISH TEACHER AT MTS ZAHRATUT TULLAB BANJAR TALELAH CAMPLONG SAMPANG.

There are many strategies used by teacher in the school especially English, namely active learning, cooperative learning and beyond, those are very important in teaching and learning process, its make students active and have relax in getting knowledge, in teaching English language teacher should be creative, imaginative, innovative, and communicative in learning process, so that teacher can used or choose a strategy to teach the students in learning, mostly, students say learning English language is boring and difficult, so, it can help the teacher and students to solve that problem easier in teaching learning process.
The focus on this research there are two kinds, namely what teaching strategies are used by the English teacher, what are the students response on the teaching strategies used by the English teacher, this focus answer by the researcher use data collection procedure (observation,documentation,interview).
In this research there are scope and limitation. Scope in this research at MTs ZahratutTullabBanjarTalelah, the limitation of this research is The study on teaching strategies used by the English teacher at MTs ZahratutTullabBanjarTalelahCamplongSampang.. This study designed by qualitative research, with descriptive research kind of study during the researcher analyzes by descritive analysis to answer research focuses.
The result of this study shows that the teacher used two strategies in teaching English they are: Jigsaw and Reading aloud strategy, this strategy helps the teacher to teach more effective, made students more active in learning process, made the learning process more interesting and to increase students’ motivation to learn. And the students have positive responds in their psychology and English skill ability.
Based on the research resultsabove, it is recommended for teachers that strategies used by the English teacher can be used by the English lesson Hopefully, this research provides new knowledge for all, especially in the context of education.
