THE IMPLEMENTATIO OF BLENDED LEARNING ON ENGLISH SUBJECT AT THE TENTH GRADE AT SMK NURUL MUSTOFA PAGANTENAN PAMEKASAN

English as international language, is taught among others at schools. To teach english, teacher must have creative way to make students interest to learning English, if the teachers teach by stardart way students will be bored to follow learning process in the class. To take student’s interest in English learning, teacher can use models of teaching such as blended learning.
The are two reseach focus in this study, the first is how the teacher implements blended learning on English subject at the tenth grade at SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan. The second what are the advantages and disadvantages of Implementation of blended learning on English subject at the tenth grade at SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan. While objective of the study are to explain how the teacher Implements blended learning on English subject at the tenth grade at SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan and to describe the advantages and disadvantages of Implementation of blended Learning on English subject at the tenth grade at SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan.
This research used qualitative approach, and the types of reseach is descriptive study. Object of this reaseach is the implementation of blended learning on English subject, and the subject of this research are teacher and students of the tenth grade of SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan. While the study uses non-participant observation, structured interview and documentation take from name list of students, lesson plan, and some picture of teaching and learning process.
The result of this study showed from observation and interview with the teacher and student about the implementation of blended learning on English subject at the tenth grade at SMK Nurul Mustofa that the teacher uses Edmodo as media communication with the sudents out side of the class, he sent material of subject and assigment in edmodo application, and student can ask the material or task, so that the teacher and students can communicate each other in everywhere and everytime. The advantages implementation of bleded learning on English subject at the tenth grade of SMK Nurul Mustofa Pagantenan Pamekasan are students can be independent learners, increase students to interest or involvement on learning process, and easily for the teacher and student to communicate / learn together everytime and everywhere. The disadvantages of implementation blended learning are less of internet working and less of knowledge about technology that make blended learning difficult to implement.
