THE USE OF FAIRY TALE VIDEO MEDIA TO INCREASE STUDENTS SPEAKING SKILL AT ELEVEN GRADE OF SCIENCE CLASS IN MA MATSARATUL HUDA PANEMPAN PAMEKASAN

Speaking is very important part in studying English, speaking is transferring the message to the other people actually involve two or more people in order to communicate one another and make good communication, one of the way to make a students can speak English in teaching learning process is use a media or technique, because instructional media is instrument that can used to support teaching learning process and can influence the learning affectivity with using some media as like books, video, picture, graphics, television, and computers. In this case using fairy tale video in order to the student can interesting and enjoyable to join the material. In this research, the researcher researches about the use of media Fairy Tale Video on Student Speaking Skill at eleven Grade of Science Class in MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan.
There are two problems of study in this research; the first is How does the teacher use "fairy tale video" media in teaching speaking skill at eleven grade of science class in MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan, and the second is What are the advantages of using "fairy tale video" media to increase students speaking skill at eleven grade of science class in MA Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan.
This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data mostly is gathered from the observation, interview, and documentation. The number of students is twenty two students. The data analysis that is used by researcher is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. To check the data validity, the researcher uses triangulation of technique.
The result of the research will be presented that the teacher implements fairy tale video as instructional media on students speaking skill. The teacher asking the students watches together the video and gives instruction the students to retell the story base on the video. The student’s problems are less vocabulary, self confidence and fluency. And the response of the students is more active and interest to study the English subject specially in speaking skill.
According to the researcher above, the researcher suggest that the English teacher should be more creative in using media in teaching learning process, especially in speaking skill, because some media that use by the English teacher as like fairy tale video can make the students more interesting and enjoyable to join the material
