MARKAZUL LUGHAH’S REINFORCEMENT TOWARD FEMALE STUDENT’S LEARNING VOCABULARY AT PP. UMMUL QURO AS-SUYUTY PLAKPAK PAMEKASAN

This thesis tells about the Markazul Lughah’s Reinforcement toward the
Female Student’s Learning Vocabulary at PP. Ummul Quro As-Suyuty at Plakpak
Pamekasan. Reinforcement is the way that is used to control the problem of
student’s language at Ummul Quro As-suyuty. Reinforcement is used to help
increase the probability that a specific behavior will occur in the future by
delivering or removing a stimulus immediately after a behavior. By this
reinforcement is expected can overcome the problem of language at PP. Ummul
Quro and the students also can obey the rules of Islamic School and also it can
help the students in learning vocabulary.
There are three research focuses in this study. The first is what kind of
Reinforcement given to Students Who Disobey the Rule of Language at Ummul
Quro As-Suyuty, the second is what are the advantages of reinforcement toward
student’s learning vocabulary and the last is what are the disadvantages of
reinforcement toward female student’s learning vocabulary at Ummul Quro AsSuyuty at Plakpak Pamekasan. Then the purpose of studies is first to know the
kind of reinforcement, then to know the advantages of reinforcement toward
student’s learning vocabulary. The last is to know the disadvantages of
reinforcement toward female student’s learning vocabulary at Ummul Quro Assuyuty at Plakpak Pamekasan.
This study uses qualitative approach, with descriptive as the kind of
research, and interview, observation and documentation as its technique of data
collection. Researcher collects the data by interview, observation and
documentation. The data sources of this study are the leader of Ummul Quro, the
member of Markazul Lughah and some students of Ummul Quro. Then this study
uses triangulation of source in order to check the validity of data.
The finding of this study is described: the first, the kind of the reinforcement is the
students memorize five vocabularies to entire room of Ummul Quro, and in every
room use the different vocabulary. Based on the the data that is gotten by
researcher, the kind of the reinforcement is the negative reinforcement. the
second, the advantages of the reinforcementare:1) The students can get the new
vocabulary, 2) The students can remember vocabulary, 3) The students can enrich
the vocabulary through this reinforcement, 4) The students can apply the
vocabulary that they learn before. 5) The students can maintain the vocabulary
that they know. 6) This reinforcement can be the chance in learning vocabulary.
Then the last about the disadvantages of the reinforcement are: 1) the students
don’t know about grammar, 2) the students feel shy and afraid to speak, 3) The
students feel difficult in remember and memorize vocabulary, 4) the error
pronunciation that is ignored by leader, 4) spelling error, 5) misunderstanding of
spelling.vi
The suggestion will address to the student and leader. Hopefully the leader
can motivate the students to be careful in learning vocabulary, the leader should
pay attention to student’s mistake in learning vocabulary, the leader should be
able to overcome the disadvantages of the students immediately, and then the
leader can realize that the students need to learn vocabulary well and correctly. for
student When the students conduct the reinforcement, try to master the vocabulary
with right writing, not only mention but they should be able to write the
vocabulary correctly, They can make this reinforcementas the chance in learning
vocabulary and they can use this chance to learn vocabulary more
