Students’ Activities In Learning Speaking English At Cheers’ English Club Of Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Sumber Nangka Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan

Speaking is so much a part of daily life that we tend to take it for granted, such as, in education, law, politic, business, etc as communities form. Learning English is very important for our future because english is the international language. The students are expected to master the fourth skill at the end of the study namely: Speaking, Writing, and listening, speaking is the ways of communication each other.
The result of research showed that activities’ in learning speaking is successful based on the result of observation guideline during teaching and There are three research focuses in this study. The first is what are the activities activities in learning speaking at cheers’ english club of PP. Al-Huda Sumber Nangka Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan. The second is how are the activities implemented in learning speaking at cheers’ english club of PP. Al-Huda Sumber Nangka Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan. The last is how does the activities facilitate students’ in learning speaking at cheers’ english club of PP. Al-Huda Sumber Nangka Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan.
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative as the approach of the research and kind of the research is descriptive. The data sources are the English teacher of cheers’ english club and the students’ of this class. In collecting the data, the researcher uses some procedures those are observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher then analyzes the data by reduction, display, and verification. Additionally, for getting the validity of the data, the researcher uses source triangulation learning process. Besides this activities also helps the students in learning speaking since it helps the students to speak much, getting much knowledge and new experience for their speaking and to express their idea freely.
Based on the result above, it is suggested for the English teacher to be selective in activities learning speaking for language learners, in this case for speaking class. It activities appropriate with the students’ level in order to be successful in the class and get the material easily and to have a good preparation before teaching speaking in the class since it determines the successful of teaching and learning process.
