A teacher is as educator. So, the teacher should know about the students’ desire because they usually depend on the teacher. According to Sanchez, Martinez and Garcia that the teacher should also be tolerant of ambiguities, critical of his or her practices and demonstrative of creative abilities. In teaching learning process teacher should be creative in manage the class. Because one of component to arouse students, motivation is creativity.
Concerning the title of this thesis, the researcher relates the impact of the creative teacher to the students’ motivation. The scope of this study is within education in teaching learning process. The limitation of this study is limited on creative teaacher and students’ motivation in English learning.
To obtain the data, the researcher uses some instruments: observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data which have been obtained was analyzed by using correlation product moment pattern based on students’ answers to know how far the impact of the creative teacher to the students’ motivation.
The result of this study shows that the creative teacher support and increase students’ motivation in English learning. So, the result of data analysis is the alternative hypothesis that there is correlation of the creative teacher to the students’ motivation is accepted. Where the result of ‘r’ was interpretation enough lead to level.
The result of ‘r’ = 0.7427 as the result of the data analysis can be interpreted to table interpretation of ‘r’. That is between 0.600-0.800 it has meaning interpretation ‘r’ enough.
The decision is based on the most significant level used in the field of education, the 55% level the result of computation above of ‘r’ = 0.7427 and the product moment significant level so, the creative teacher is significant in influencing the students’ motivation in English learning.
