There are three kinds of research focus, are : How does the teacher implement the scramble picture as media on teaching speaking English skill at the Eight grade of SMPN Satu Atap Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan, What are the obstacles that faced by the teacher on implementing the scramble picture as media on teaching speaking English skill at the Eight grade of SMPN Satu Atap Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan, how does the teacher solve the obstacles of the implementation scramble picture as media on teaching speaking English Skill at the Eighth grade of SMPN Satu Atap Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan.
Thisresearch use descriptive qualitative research because this research describes the data without statistical analysis The researcher intends to describes the phenomenon of how does the teacher implement scramble picture as media on teaching speaking English skill at The Eight Grade student of SMPN Satu Atap Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan.And in this case the researcher use observation, interview and documentation to collect the data.
The Result of the Implementation of Picture Scramble as Media in Teaching Speaking English Skillat the Eight Grade of SMPN Satu Atap Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan is well implemented by the teacher After implementing the teacher found some obstacles but the teacher can overcomes those obstacles. And the obstacles are Some of student of the group can not suggested the clear idea, low motivated of the students,Classroom management, need a long of time.
And the solving of the obstacles are : The English teacher The English teacher usually will help the student by using a tools or media. So, the students will forced them selves to explore what they thought.The English teacher usually will stay with the group and socialize with the students in the group in order they will be more spirit.The English teacher take the student attention by walking arround the class to manage the class. The English teacher helped the student by using media or tools in explaining, so it will help the student easy to undestand and it does not spend long time.
So from the explanation above the researcher suggest that the English teacher must implement this media in the teaching learning process, in order to helps the students to be more spirit in joining speaking English lesson and for other researcher, The result of this qualitative research can be reference for other researchers to conduct the same research but in different view.
