Study of English Learning Strategy of specific students at SLB PGRI Senior High School Pamekasan

Education is very important for all poeple. We can get education in a school. School is a place for study. Every school has different mission and vision. Such as, SLB PGRI school has differences a like other schools. One of them is the school only for specific students. It means the students who study there have disabilities. Of course, they have different as normal students. Athough they have disability, they can still study as normal. They have strategy to make easy in learning.
In this study, the researcher collect as data from observation and interviews. Besides, the researcher take picture documentations on students activity in the learning process. After that, the researcher analyze with data collection which exis.
The result showed that specific students have different problems of each individual. Because, they have different disability. There are four problems of specific students of SLB PGRI Senior High School Pamekasan; the first, students with hearing disability. In this case, they have problems of communication and interaction. The ears that can’t hear clearly. And, they also dumb making it difficult to communicate. It affects poor of vocabulary, weakness on memory short and long- term, use language uncorrect. The second, the students who experience mental retardation have IQ problems. They have a low IQ below the normal students. Besides, they also weak on motor. It has an impact on their learning problems. The third, the student have emotions problem, it calls tunalaras. They have problems on unstable emotions. And the last, problems on classroom. The school only has 3 classes namely class 10, 11 and 12 without dividing based on their condition. And the strategy used by specific students of SLB PGRI of Senior High School Pamekasan is cognitive strategy.
