The Influence of Well-Managed Classroom to The English Learning at The Tenth Grade of MA Miftahul Qulib Polagan

Classroom management is a planning which done by the teacher to manage teaching learning process such as using method, media and seat arrangement based on material, condition of class and characteristics of the students in order that certain goals of learning can be reached.
There are two problems in this research. The first one is whether any influence of well-managed classroom to the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan, and the second one is how statistically significant influence of well-managed classroom to the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan.
The objective of this research is to know influence of well-managed classroom to the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan and to measure statistically significant the influence of well-managed classroom to the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan. There are two variables in this research; those are well-managed classroom as independent variable, and the English learning as dependent variable.
The kind of approach of this research is quantitative research, while the research design of this research is correlational research design. By using it, the researcher can know how far the influence of well-managed classroom to the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan.
In this research, the population is all of the students of the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan which consists of four class, A1, B1, B2, and B3 class. In A1 class, all of the students are male and in B class, all of the students are female. The number of A1 class is 27, B1 is 20, B2 is 20, and the last B3 is 16, while the sample of this research is B1 class. Because between all the tenth grade, only B1 class which apply Well-Managed Classroom. So, the researcher uses convenience sampling.
Research instruments which used in this research are questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire is used to collect data related to x variable (Well-managed classroom). And the documentation is used to collect data related y variable (English learning).
The result showed that well-managed classroom influences the English learning at the tenth grade of MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan. It was proved by “r” value of this research 0.72038 is higher than the table of coefficient value of correlation “r” product moment 0.468.
