The Implementation of guess who it is Game on Students’ Speaking English Skill at Tenth Grade of MAN Sampang.

English has four language skills that must be mastered by the learners. They are listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The most important skill of four English skills is speaking because speaking consists of student communication with other people to give information about something. So as an English teacher should choose the best way to make speaking class more interactive and enjoy. Guess Who It Is game is one of game that the English teacher in MAN Sampang has implemented to teaching speaking subject at tenth-two grade.
There are three research focuses in this study. They are : the implementation , the obstacles and how does the teacher overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Guess Who It Is game on students’ speaking English skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative research. Because the researcher just describes the data that she get through observation, interviea and documentation.
The result of this research found that the implementation of guess who it is game on students speaking English skill at the tenth grade of MAN Sampang was well implemented by the teacher. The teacher use three steps of teaching and learning process, they are : pre, whilst and post teaching. In the implementation of this game the teacher also face somes obstacle, those are : the teacher got difficulty in managing the time, most of students got difficulty to arrange and express what they wanted to say into good English sentences, the students did some mistakes on pronunciation, some students did not know the vocabularies, some students did not have high confidence to speak English, and there were students spoke with the other students who were not speakers who gave description in front of class. But the teacher can overcome those problems well, such as the teacher help the students who got difficulty wether it is from the vocabularies mastery, grammatical usage, pronounciation and the teacher got the students who did not pay attention to the speakers’ description to repeat what his or her friends have been describe.
