Comparative Study of English and Arbic Structure on Verb in The Sentence

In this world there are many languages that were used by human being to communicate with other people that’s the purpose is to give and also to get information. And one of those languages are English language and Arabic language, they have the similarities and differences that are influenced by place and condition. To know about them widely and deeply, the researcher has to do a research about the problem in the form of literatures that related to the problem of research that’s going to be invistigated.
In this research, the researcher focuses onto the comparasion between English and Arabic structure of verb (Fi’il) in the sentence. And the are four problems to be researched. First, How to arrange English structure of verb in the sentence. Second, How to arrange Arabic structure of verb (Fi’il) in the sentence. Third, What are the differences between english and Arabic structure of verb in the sentence. And Fourth, What are the similarities between english and arabic structure of verb in the sentence. So, the researcher just focuses on verb of the two languages.
And in this research, the researcher uses Qualitative method while the kind of research wich the researcher used is Descriptive Qualitative. In getting the data source, the researcher just uses documentation as data collection in which the data sources are taken from the books of English structures and Arabic structures. And this research, the researcher uses three ways in analyze a study of comparasion between English and Arabic, namely: Identification, Classification, and Comparasion.
The result of this research shows that a study of comparasion between structure of English verb and structur of Arabic verb show the differences of position of their verb, gender, verb can save subject, adding s/es, auxiliary verb, and the time. And also they show similarities as in derivation, transitive verb, intransitive verb, active sentence and passive sentence.
And the last, the resercher suggests to the readers do not only reads this thesis but also are hoped to read some books which are related to this thesis in order to enrich and develope the knowledge especially on verb of English and verb of Arabic.
