n Analysis On Islamic Ethical Values In A Movie Entitled “Suck Me Shakepeers” Based On Abd Al-Rahman Al-Nahlawi’s Perspective

Era has brought many changes even in the ethical sector. As you know,
many students does not accept when they are get punished by their teacher in the
form of hitting them. However, we know that students in this era has changed, we
can find that some of the students are no longer afraid and even dare to hit back to
their teacher. This phenomenon appears due to many influencing factors, for
instance; family, friends, society, environment and it could be a combination
between them. From this phenomenon, the researcher interested in examining the
ethics in a movie entitled “Suck Me Shakepeers” by Bora Dagtekin using teacher
ethics according to the perspective of Abd Al-Rahman Al-Nahlawi. He state that
there are 10 ethics.
To analyze the Islamic ethical values in the movie based on Abd Al-Rahman
Al-Nahlawi, the researcher used qualitative research as research approach because
the researcher would like to describe the Islamic ethical values and will not using
number for data. The data was taken from the behavior or ethical of Zeki Miller that
showed in the “Suck Me Shakepeers” movie. For data collection procedure, the
researcher will watch the movie and observe it and replay the over and over and last
but no least, identify the scenes on dialogue and ethic.
The result of this research is the researcher found that there are 18 Islamic
ethical values contained in the movie using the main character, Zeki Miller. The
finding is there are 8 that contained the Islamic ethical values based on Al-Nahlawi.
Rabbani, 3 scenes; patience, 2 scenes; honest, 3 scenes; equip themselves with
knowledge, 1 scene; mastering teaching methods, 3 scenes; able to manage
students, 3 scenes; knowing the psychology of students, 2 scenes and responsive to
development in the world, 1 scene. In this research, those finding were followed by
the analysis of Islamic ethical values.
