TECHNIQUE FOR TEACHING SPEAKING THROUGH CONVERSATION AT TENTH GRADE STUDENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF AT-TAUFIQIYAH BLUTO SUMENEP

Keyword: Technique, Speaking, Conversation.
The purposes of the study to know the technique teaching speaking through
conversation at tenth grade student of senior high school of At-Taufiqiyah Bluto Sumenep.
Because want to give some reference of technique to the teacher in teaching learning
speaking skill.
The design of the research was qualitative descriptive which obtain the data through
interview, observation and documentation. The collected the data by observation the
researcher took filed notes a teacher that include: how the teacher teach speaking skill using
conversation technique, what are the obstacles teaching speaking through conversation
technique and how the teacher overcome that problome.
To get the data the reasercher used triangulation technique consist of interview,
observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were English teacher and
students tenth grade senior high school. The researcher found some probleme to be obstacles
in teaching learning process using conversation technique.The probleme is less vocabulary,
afraid and shy to speak. To overcome the probleme teacher give some vocabulary and ask to
memorize it and give high motivation
