Learning writing needs motivation which can make the students study seriously. Intrinsic motivation is very important for students who learn about writing skill. The organization of LPM (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa) Activita at IAIN Madura force the students have good writing. In this case this organization give and push motivation for students to write. The students who write need intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation from individual to do something based on their willingness. The researcher formulate two questions (1) What are the intrinsic motivation of students’ English writing skill on LPM (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa) Activita at IAIN Madura?, (2) What are the factors effecting students intrinsic motivation in writing skill on LPM (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa) Activita at IAIN Madura? The researcher uses descriptive qualitative research to conduct the research with interview and documentation. The researcher analyzed the data which are gotten from interview and documentation. Then the researcher displays or classifies the data based on focus of the study. After that the researcher continued with checking the data to get a validity data. The intrinsic motivation of the students include: (a) free choice. The students realized that share the science can help other people and add comprehension about the importance of education. They want to inspire other people so they chooses personal choice. (b) Interest and Enjoyment. The students interest to write because many people support them and writing makes them comfortable when they have problem. (c) Facilitates. It means this program help students’ to write because they have motivated from environment. They wants to be writer so to be writer they need motivation to keep their writing even though just one steep in a day. The researcher conduct interview to some students to find the data to answer the second question. The question deals with the factors effecting Students’ Intrinsic Motivation of Writing Skill on LPM (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa) Activita at IAIN Madura. They are: (a) Future aspiration and hope, (b) Interest. It is suggested that the students have intrinsic motivation to motivate their selves to active in writing. The students need find their own motif why they should to write.
