Teacher is person who teaches in the formal, or informal school, while English teacher is a teacher who teaches English. Creativity is the process of producing a new whole out of existing elements arranging them into a new configurate. English teacher's creativity is very important because without using creativity in teaching learning process, the students will be bored . So in this case, the researcher will focus on English teacher's creativity.

There are three focuses of this research, the first is the process, the second is the obstacles and the third is the impact of English teacher's creativity in teaching learning process of the eighth grade at MTs Ar Raudlah Lanpelan Sana Laok Waru Pamekasan. So the researcher will investigate the process, also analyze the obstacles and the impact of English teacher's creativity. This research uses Qualitative design. The researcher got data by using observation, interview, and documentation to collect the data.

The result of this research shows that creativity is the most effective in teaching learning process for the students of the eighth grade at MTs Ar-Raudlah Lanpelan Sana Laok Waru Pamekasan, the English teacher teaches the students by some creativities, some strategies and uses media in order that the students easy to understand.
Based on the result above, the researcher can give some suggestions for the students of the eighth grade at MTs Ar-Raud.lah Lanpelan Sana Laok Waru Pamekasan should have high motivation to stimulate their ability and must be self-confident to improve their English skill. The suggestion for the teacher of MTs Ar-Raudlah The result of the research can be additional experience and ·knowledge for the teacher to help them be good teacher and the teacher will get inspiration how to make the students active. The suggestion for the researcher, get science and experience. And the last suggestion for future researcher, by this research could give source for the future researcher to be teacher creative inteaching learning process.
